“So-Cal doesn’t get too cold so I recommend layering vs bulking. Things that can be easily shed such as arm, leg and knee warmers, vests or light jackets are ideal because they can be folded up and stuffed into jersey pockets. On cooler days I recommend using base layers to draw sweat away from the skin and stay warmer easier. Gloves are also important. Cold weather gloves with wind protection always make your ride a lot more comfortable, you’d be surprised how easily cold hands can ruin your ride. Toe warmers and shoe covers are nice too, the last thing you want to think about during your descends are if your toes are going to fall off.” -Rob Stotts
Happy Fall. Much love. – H&S Bikes
